The Targa Zavattini 2024 is awarded to Liliana Cavani, who distinguished herself with her cinema for her attention and gaze. The sculpture was created by artist Matteo Messori in collaboration with Amaaro! or Claudia Torricelli and Martino Pompili. The sculptor wanted to recall Liliana Cavani’s childhood and the times when her mother initiated and influenced her passion for cinema.
